- 衝浪披薩屋的前身是馬公市區的加州披薩，澎湖人應該多少都知道這家披薩店，加州披薩台灣本島也有連鎖店，老板想在離島推廣海洋休閒與披薩美食的結合，先在金門開出第一家離島分店，隨後在澎湖也開了分店，2007年開始在山水沙灘觀海別墅起造紅色鋼骨的民宿兼披薩屋的複合式休閒店家，2008年終於順利開業！
