• 訂房說明：
  • 電話訂房服務時間為每天早上9:00至晚上10:00
  • 每床限1人使用
  • 房型分為女性專屬客房及一般房(不分性別混合住宿)兩種。女性旅客可指定入住女性專屬客房，請於訂房時特別註明「希望入住女性專屬客房」，未註明者將依照現場床位調度安排
  • 預訂之床位依照現場床位調度，不接受指定入住特定房間或特定床位。如有任何其他特殊需求，請於預訂時註明，可盡量安排
  • 於網路或電話訂房後，必需於三天內匯訂金50%，並於匯款後來電確認，才算完成訂房。三天內未完成匯款則不予保留床位或房間
  • 提供包棟服務
  • 取消訂房：於入住前3天通知取消訂房(不含入住日)，可保留訂金6個月。 匯款後若因天災（如遇地震、颱風等天災）等不可控因素（以本店所在縣市公告為準），不受以上天數之限制，可全額退費
• 住宿須知：
  • 入住時間下午2:00以後，退房早上11:00以前
  • 櫃檯服務時間為早上9:30~晚上8:00（若無法於服務時間內抵達，請來電預約入住時間）
  • 入住時請出示您的身份證件或護照及付清床位租金，退房時請將寢具備品及鑰匙歸還給服務人員，如有損毀或遺失照價賠償
  • 貴重物品請自行小心保管，切勿放於置物櫃內，如有遺失，恕不擔負賠償責任
  • 房間內禁止抽煙、酗酒、吃異味重的食物以及大聲喧嘩。如需播放音樂，請使用耳機。晚上十點後，請控制音量
  • 為維護其他房客權益，房客喧鬧不止時，屢經勸阻無效，可要求房客立即退房，恕不退還房費
  • 不提供一次性丟棄的備品，需自備毛巾及個人盥洗用品
  • 洗澡熱水供應時間，每日下午4:00~凌晨1:00止
  • 客房內冷氣供應時間：每日下午4:00~隔日早上9:00止
  • 如須承租汽車或機車，請記得攜帶您的駕駛執照
