採購指南：
- 大統商行：飲料、蛋類、五穀雜糧、免洗餐具、沙拉脫、麵粉、炸粉、糖粉、醬類等等食品，主要供應批貨給餐飲通路和零售，所以價位便宜。

- 屏東有機蔬菜產銷班(賣菜的大攤販)：根莖、菜葉類蔬菜(星期一休息)比其他菜\攤便宜，價錢實在一早生意都很好。
位置：農會超市旁－用鐵皮屋搭ㄉ在往大通商行的路上。對面是賣水餃的攤販.

懶人法：
懶得準備烤肉器具和食材的在北晨市場旁邊有香串串烤肉用品公司，他們是高雄冷凍過來的食材，都是一盒一盒冷凍的，一整組有約一千五－兩千元價位，可供8到10人使用。
