- 地點：觀音亭至順承門間
- 這是2008新的景點，離開擁擠的觀音亭海水浴場園區，中正堂觀日平台有更多的寧靜與遼闊視野，看海，看夕陽，更可以從背的角度看到另累形貌的西瀛虹橋，是很不錯的傍晚休憩聊天地點！
- 平台旁的草地上設置有幼年潘安邦及其外婆的銅像，這一帶也是唱紅外婆的澎湖灣一曲的潘安邦幼年玩耍點，旁邊的中正堂則是老澎湖人的記憶，許多三四十歲以上的老澎湖人一定和一筆有相同的記憶，就是掏20塊到中正堂大禮堂觀賞許不了的電影，這裡曾是澎湖的另類軍中電影院呢！
