- 所以湯品就是看主廚推什麼囉!當日主廚推的是南瓜濃湯,濃湯本身熬煮得十分濃郁,有左以魚肉,味道則是偏甜,因為個人喝湯喜歡就是鹹湯,所以對於偏甜的南瓜濃湯接受度稍低,不過喜歡甜味湯品的應該會喜歡。
- 主菜:這次點了霜降牛排與羊膝;
- 排餐會佐以馬鈴薯泥跟花椰菜及蕃茄等野菜,羊膝則搭配有鮪魚沙拉。洋膝的優點是沒有腥味,怕羊腥的板友可以安心點,因為這是300套餐的羊膝,所以份量比較少,肉質尚可,不過這一日我吃的羊膝烤得有點乾,應該可以更軟嫩些。霜降牛排價值600的套餐,牛肉份量就很足夠,一個人吃會很飽,厚片看起來就很滿足。牛肉肉質很不賴,橫切可以看到滿漂亮的筋理,咬起來軟嫩有汁,建議板友六分熟的最好,七分以上會太熟。
- 甜點:當日蛋糕
- 今日吃的是巧克力花生蛋糕,下面幾層是巧克力與奶油,最上層鋪著花生醬,香度跟綿密口感都有水準,點心盤上還細心地用黃奶油畫上百世多麗的Logo,糕點部分很不錯的體驗!
- 套餐飲料:咖啡、茶或果茶
- 果茶有蜜桃茶等,咖啡則有冰咖啡或熱咖啡,套餐無提供花式咖啡,茶的部分中規中矩,咖啡則有不小進步空間,加上奶精跟果糖後就呷不到咖啡的香氣了!

- 百世多麗是新開的飯店,西餐廳用餐環境很讚,希望他們的套餐口味跟服務品質可以更精進,畢竟那裡的環境是很不錯的商務或重要聚會時聊天吃飯的好地方。
