- 介紹：
- 沐夏風情民宿座落於馬公市四維路，擁有歐式建築風格，鄰近馬公市中心各景點，週邊環境優雅，交通便利。淡雅明亮的室內空間，簡約風格的擺設妝點出居家清新舒適的感受。房間溫馨典雅且潔淨舒適，可暫別喧嘩的市中心，享受片刻寧靜釋放身心壓力，不論是兩人成行、三五好友出遊或是全家一起旅行，都能讓每位旅客有回到家的感覺。
- 民宿一樓大廳設有交誼廳、諮詢櫃檯協助提供房客交通及觀光旅遊行程諮詢服務，於客房服務時間均能充份提供房客各項需求。超過晚上11點以後，房客則由獨立的通道進出，如此能使民宿主人及房客都不受干擾，對於晚歸的房客也較為便利。民宿設有電梯，非常適合年紀較大及行動不便者入住。

- 訂房：
- 請儘量使用電話訂房，訂房時間早上08:00至晚上10:00
- 訂房後請於2日內匯訂金（每房1000元），如未付訂金恕不保留客房。 確認民宿房型，更改入住日期請於2個星期前告知
- 如取消訂房需酌收手續費50元。或保留一年住宿資格
- 訂金匯款轉帳完成後，請以電話、e-mail告知帳號末五碼，以便確認並完成訂房手續
- 民宿服務：
- 免費提供機場至民宿接送，需配合民宿接送時間
- 住宿一晚只提供單趟接機或送機服務
- 協助安排汽、機車及旅遊行程規劃諮詢服務
- 提供WI-FI寬頻網路(請自備電腦)
- 客房備有冷氣、電冰箱、數位電視、吹風機、TOTO衛浴設備，乾溼分離浴室、盥洗用品等
- 為提倡節能減碳，請自備牙膏牙刷
- 冷熱飲用水免費提供，可自備裝水容器
- 提供免稅商店購物卡一張
- 房內免費供應礦泉水、茶包等
- 住宿須知：
- 入住時間下午3點，退房時間上午10點（行李可先寄放）
- 室內嚴禁吸煙，抽煙者請至戶外
- 民宿於22:00停止相關服務，僅提供緊急狀況服務，煩請配合
- 為維護住宿品質，請於晚上10點以後勿大聲喧嘩，以免影響其他旅客及周遭鄰居安寧
- 請攜帶身分證（兒童需戶口名簿）、健保卡、汽、機車駕照及自備泳裝、 防晒油、個人用品、遮陽帽等
- 戲水返回住宿區時，請在一樓戶外清洗區清洗海砂後再入室內
- 請愛惜民宿內各項設施，如有損壞照價賠償
- 請勿在室內使用瓦斯爐或電磁爐等電器用品或危險物品。為響應節能環保，請隨手關燈及電器用品電源並節約用水
- 大廳及小客廳為共同使用空間，使用後請保持清潔，書報雜誌等物品閱畢請歸回原處，私人物品請勿留置於大、小客廳內。小客廳設有溫熱飲水機，請多加利用
- 為維護庭園清潔，請勿於庭園內烤肉及烹煮食物
- 嚴禁攜帶寵物入內，並請勿於室內吸煙、打麻將，以免影響其他住宿旅客
- 為響應環保，不主動提供盥洗用具
- 離開房間時，請隨手將房門鎖上，貴重的物品請自行小心保管；退房時，請務必繳回房門的鑰匙至櫃檯
- 住宿以實際訂房入住人數為主，若有多加人數請另加房間數或自行前往其他飯店或民宿
- 台灣地區夏季颱風頻繁，遇颱風警報機場關閉滯留，房價半價優惠
