- 我很少看到一間民宿如此認真對待每個角落，如此斤斤計較每個建材或每個家具的質感，也這麼在乎一間民宿如何輝映主人的品味，愛恩居spa民宿的美華姐就是這樣去催生自己的民宿，2016年這間新民宿從春季一直延宕到夏季開幕，因為有太多細節在老闆娘的堅持下還不肯放過，因為挑剔所以成就美好的度假回憶，這就是美華姐要的，五月，愛恩居spa民宿要開幕了，夜晚走過大片落地窗透出溫暖燈光的民宿外，這民宿在西衛村子中更顯得精緻而溫馨，一如它呈獻的鄉村風格，異國與澎湖的鄉村。
- 愛恩居spa民宿房間格局在規劃上都十分寬敞，活動空間不侷促、多數房間均提供露台設計可以眺望海景或街景，也在高樓層提供小客廳作為交誼空間，民宿內部設計呈獻歐式鄉村風的味道，從浴櫃到壁磚，從沙發到實木餐桌，從窗簾到壁掛，都是美華姐一項一項挑剔而來，民宿採光充足，每個房間除露台外也都有大片窗子可以迎入澎湖的陽光與海風，民宿座落在寧靜的西衛社區，不到百尺外就是面東的西衛海岸，每天陽光從海面灑進屋內，整間屋子都溫暖了起來，這也意味著在屋內就可以有很棒的晨曦欣賞。
- 民宿將提供客制化早餐，一樓咖啡機供應著香醇咖啡，可以圍坐十幾人的一樓實木餐桌是一樓的亮點、甚至可在這裡舉辦小型聚會或會議，離開一樓大廳的喧囂熱鬧，也可以來到二樓的小客廳一本書一點輕音樂看著海景。
- 民宿最值得大書特書的就是衛浴，一般民宿較少在乎的這個空間，美華姐卻呈獻了最大的關注，從復古磁磚到古典風浴櫃，以及浴缸設計，浴室更為房間亮點所在，幽雅明亮而讓房客在浴室時成為一種快樂時光，這間民宿未來也會是澎湖唯一提供spa服務的民宿，因為美華姐本身就是合格的spa老師，在馬公執業多年，所以未來房客如不想奔波忙碌的外出旅程，也可跟民宿預約一次在民宿一樓spa房內的身心療程。

- 住宿旅客請於下午 15:00 辦理住宿登記，上午 11:00 前退房。
- 入住時請出示國民身份證，以便辦理住宿登記。辦理登記的同時，也請您將住宿費用一併繳交。( 行李可寄放 )。
- 早餐供應時間是 7:30 ~ 09:30 ( 可配合顧客需求而調整早餐時間 )。
- 住宿人數以不超過原人數為原則，若超過原訂房人數者，本民宿有權拒絕您的住宿。
- 民宿請勿在室內吸煙、嚴禁酗酒、轟趴、嗑葯，一經發現，絕對報警處理。
- 大廳為共同使用空間，使用後請保持清潔，書報雜誌等物品閱畢請歸回原處，私人物品勿留置大廳 內大廳設有飲水機、咖啡，請多加利用。
- 請勿任意移動室內擺設、在室內使用瓦斯爐或電磁爐等危險物品。並請勿在房間內及陽台，烹煮食物或烤肉。
- 離開房間請隨手將房門鎖上 ( 貴重物品請自行小心保管 )，並將房卡交由櫃檯保管，退房時請物必繳回房卡。
- 早上 09:00 前、晚上 22:30 後請勿大聲喧嘩，以免影響其他旅客及週遭鄰居安寧。
- 續住將不主動更換床被單、枕套，如有需要請告知。
