- 住宿日前8~14內天取消訂房者,可退訂金50%
- 住宿日前7天內取消訂房者,恕不退訂金
- 住宿當日,適逢颱風或地震等天災不可抗因素,導致交通中斷時(以澎湖縣政府頒布為準則),可退全額訂金(但須扣除手續費100元),或保留三個月.若純屬個人因素無法到達者,恕不退費或改期.
- 退款一律以銀行匯款轉帳方式處理，一週內完成退款手續並以簡訊通知。
- 若因遇颱風，交通受阻，導致旅客無法離開，滯留期間，住宿費以5折計算
