  去澎湖玩時少不了要代點名產回家,其中最多人買的就是黑糖糕。澎湖最老的是源利軒,我小時候常去天一食品行買來吃,後來他們分家,所以有了現在的春仁黑糖糕。源利軒講求吃起來的鬆軟度、水份加的量適中,可以保存3天左右。春仁講求口感,水份加的較多,但缺點是最好在當天吃,不然口感差很多,可以保存1~2天。這幾年春仁的名氣遠勝源利軒許多,我個人覺得是因為源利軒行銷作的有點差了,二家我都給予A+的評等。

    • 來說說最多人知道的黑妞,每次出爐的味道都不同,我想可能是因為老闆非本行起家,有時好吃,有時難吃的想吐,但它的廣告跟行銷作的的確不錯,只以味覺我給A-~B+。
    • 還有我曾經看過有人說盛興的黑糖糕比黑妞的好吃,基本上盛興的黑糖糕就是叫黑妞作的...
  • 水月堂:也是算源利軒的分支,口感A-
  • 澎湖味:是泉利的弟弟出來開的,老闆功力十分好,可惜不能專心致力於作糕餅上,口味也不固定,但他的價錢是可以殺的,口感A~B+排徊。
  • 海妞:也有人說好吃,看個人口味,他的師傅是從澎湖味跳過去的,口感B
  • 媽宮:老實說,這家裡面遊覽車行銷的方法是很高明,但卻引起很大的批評,吃過一次感覺跟黑妞差不多,口感B
  • 頂好:在泉利旁邊,作的也蠻好吃的,口感跟源利軒不相上下,只可惜名氣一直打不開,口感A
  • 春仁:春仁黑糖糕口感十分Q軟,比較不會那麼甜口,是目前最受觀光客歡迎的一個品牌,但是春仁黑糖糕在保存上頭的天數是最短的,建議當日或隔日食用完畢

  其他還有很多,但我不推薦買,因為大部分作起來都保有蛋糕的感覺,因為可能是從蛋糕店轉賣黑糖糕,沒辦法,利潤太驚人了。
