    • 綠洲旅店位於馬公市西衛里，沿著西衛中路前進數分鐘，一棟沙漠黃的建築外觀搭配綠色海棗樹，充滿著中東、摩洛哥風情，這裡就是綠洲旅店。綠洲旅店占地約400坪左右，每個房間都非常寬敞，特別是規劃了相當大的空間給浴室，每個浴室皆有泡澡浴缸，位於二樓房型還可邊泡澡邊欣賞海景。登上綠洲旅店頂樓，會讓你更驚豔，除了可以眺望270度的無敵海景，還有一座媲美無邊際游泳池就設置在頂樓，在泳池裡游泳泡水還可以順便欣賞一望無際的海景，特別是搭配夕陽西下時的夕景更是讚阿!未來泳池旁預計增設調飲區，讓您在泳池畔享用調飲，更增添絕佳度假氣息。

    • 入住時，請填寫旅客住宿登記表，請記得出示您的國民身分證，以便我們辦理登記，在登記的同時，也請您將住宿費用餘款，以現金方式支付
    • 若您會超過當天晚上6點前，未能抵達民宿，請主動事先來電告知確認住宿，以便為您留房，不然管家們會不知所云，會視同您放棄住房
    • 櫃台人員服務時間為上午08：00至晚上22：00。所有疑問，都可以來電或來信詢問，即使迷了路，也沒關係，打電話就是了
    • 為維持住房品質，每日清晨08：00 前 及 晚間23：00後，請勿高聲談話，以免擾鄰
    • 為維持住房品質，入住者喧鬧不止時，若經屢勸無效，可要求房客立即退房，恕不退還所有房費
    • 所屬綠洲之物品，請勿帶離，如有喜愛，請洽櫃台，請愛護一切用品及設備， 如有損壞，請照市價賠償
    • 禁止施放鞭炮及房內禁煙、嚼檳榔，若要抽煙，請至戶外庭院（若於房內抽煙、嚼檳榔將收清潔費用1000元。）
    • 貴重的物品，請千萬小心保管，如果有遺失的情況發生，是不予理賠的
    • 為維護每位房客的住宿品質，請依訂房預約人數前來。如超過人數進房入睡者，店家有權利，拒絕房客入住，並沒收訂金
    • 貴客外出時，請將房間燈火熄滅，電器用品關閉，並請鎖上房門，以策安全
    • 未提供寵物入住服務，所以請勿攜帶寵物入住，若自行攜帶寵物入住者，將拒絕住宿，恕不退還訂金
    • 退房前，請將所有個人行李清點清楚，再放置綠洲大廰，務必告知管家總件數，寫明識別牌，避免遺落
    • 響應環保，請將產生的垃圾，做個基本分類喔！ 這個地球會越來越美好
    • 加人部份，基本最多加一人，採"打地舖方式"入住，但不是每間房都可以適合加人喔！ 若不清楚，可以詢問管家們的。七歲以下，加人收取300元，七歲以上，加人部份加收600元
