  1. 代理他人船票購票者，信用卡附贈之保險範圍，可能不包含持卡人以外之人，為旅客權益著想，請搭船旅客使用本人之信用卡購票。如為代理他人訂購船位刷卡購票者，請特別注意保險範圍。
  2. 本系統可使用之信用卡別：VISA/MASTERCARD/JCB /聯合信用卡( U卡 )。
  3. 旅客必須同時進行訂位購票及行使線上信用卡付款交易，才可完成整個購票及訂位程序。


    • 語音訂票專線：(07)561-5313~6 每日08:00~17:00
    • 說明：
  1. 受理時間：星期一至星期五(例假日休息)10：00～15：00
  2. 電話(傳真)訂票或購買預售票：每人每次可訂購船票四張、託運車票一張。
  3. 請提供所有乘客姓名，託運車票請提供該車輛之車牌號碼。
  4. 傳真訂票請於取票前再來電確認。
  5. 搭乘台華輪之三天前開始接受訂位及出售預售票。
  6. 電話(傳真)訂位：搭船日前一天15：00前或當天上午7：30前取票；晚間夜航班次請於當天10：30至15：00，20：00至20：30前取票；如搭乘日為星期例假日或其後一日，則請於開航當天7：30前取票逾時該艙位不予保留，並轉售現場民眾。
