- 房客退房後如房間內之設施有損壞或遺失，店家將會要求賠償或報警處理，入住房客請自重
- 住宿一天可自行選擇接機或送機(二選一)，此外同一組客人(4人以下)限同時接機或送機，若要分開接或送，需額外支付200元 / 4人以下
- 民宿所提供的免費接送機服務僅限於民宿<-->機場或民宿<-->馬公港(台華輪搭船處)之間的接送，其餘的地點均不接送，敬請住房旅客遵守規定
- 延期與退費說明：
- 取消訂房規定：只接受來電取消訂房，無法線上取消訂房，請知悉
- 旅客於住宿日14天前取消訂房，可選擇全額退還訂金(但會酌收手續費100元)或保留訂金以一年為限
- 十四天前退還全額訂金，十天至十三天前退70%，七天至九天前退50%，四天至六天前退40%，二天至三天前退30%，一天前退20%
- 如遇颱風、地震等天災不可抗力因素，（以澎湖縣政府頒佈狀況為原則）造成無法前來，可全額退費或改期。 若純屬個人因素當天無法到達者，恕不退費或改期。
- 住宿前，若因鋒面或颱風逐漸接近(但航空公司或船公司並未取消航班時)或其他因素---導致個人希望取消或改期，仍需依上面取消訂房來處理。
