- 介紹：
- 竹灣螃蟹博物館於93年4月開幕，為老闆陳宏圖私人所有，當時為全國最大的螃蟹博物館
- 年僅30多歲的老闆，少年時代起便前往台灣打拼多年。因多年來從事藝品、旅遊等觀光事業，培養出喜愛螃蟹的熱情後，便開始自己研究製作螃蟹標本。在不斷的失敗中獲得與眾不同的經驗，老闆親手製作的標本並非使用防腐劑，而是將螃蟹肢解後，挑出蟹肉、將蟹管風乾，之後再一一組裝蟹管、利用透明膠漆噴勻結合，這種手法據說是老闆獨創的！

- 雖說佔地百餘坪，因館藏豐富使內部看起來較小，由老闆親自製作加上陸續由世界各地收集來的龍蝦、螃蟹、貝殼、鱟等標本共有5000多隻，其中螃蟹標本便有600多種，有些螃蟹標本甚至是稀有品種或者尚未被發現命名的不明品種。每種標本旁會附上名稱及特色，內部亦有專人解說。若無人帶領時，可到櫃檯詢問工作人員
- 其中較特殊的應屬：比人頭還大的帝王蟹、最大的龍蝦、最原始的深海龍蝦、時速達70公里的角眼沙蟹，以及最毒、最重、會爬樹的各種螃蟹，甚至是人面蟹、鯊魚嘴骨、左旋螺及右旋螺。其他特色就待站友們自行挖掘囉。
- 或許有人會覺得死去的標本沒甚麼可看之處。但其實內部有一排活體生物區，飼養澎湖附近海域常見的一些蝦蟹魚類，而且色彩艷麗，值得一看。館內後方出口處有一手工藝品專賣區
